Humble Beginnings:

Inspired by the ideology of self-reliance given by Mahatma Gandhi in his Khadi movement, Shri Vijay Shankar Shukla founded the ‘Maruti Mahila Swavalambi Sansthan’ in 2003, as an initiative to empower women and to amplify employment opportunities in rural India.

Our Journey:

Ayurveda - the Science of Life, as it means in Sanskrit, has been a part of India’s traditions for centuries and is often called the “Mother of All Healing” To imbibe traditional ayurvedic ways into holistic, natural products for all, we bought accreditations in 2003 from the
Government of India and Khadi Villages Commission (KVIC). Currently, more than 250 products are manufactured with professional aid under the brand name ‘Mauri Herbal’. Mauri Herbal products are made with natural ingredients and herbal active
elements. Our commitment to our customers is to provide them with the utmost degree of pure, standardized, and quality products. As a boost to our mission, we are proud to be honored in 2009 by the late President of India, Dr. A. P. J. Abdul Kalam for excellence in providing superior products.

Definition of Mauri Herbal:

“Mauri means the life force and Herbal signifies nature and it’s the life force of nature that we intend to bring for enriching our lives through haircare, healthcare, skincare, nutrition & food. This vision was from where our journey started and as the years passed on, it
